在这次嘉年华上，ACOUG与Oracle联合推出一个项目，Young Expert Program。简单的说就是符合一定要求（写技术blog/文章被Oracle转发 或者 曾/现在ACOUG大会上演讲）的技术分享者，可以获得免费的Oracle考试劵（2014/11/14-2015/6/1），同时其文章将被发表到OTN China。

What’s the Oracle’s new User Group Young Expert Program?
User group members can take advantage of a limited-time benefit providing free vouchers for any Oracle Certification Exam (including beta exams) to those who qualify.
As User Group leader you will assign one person as your user group contact.
【需要满足的条件】
- Select a candidate as the young expert in your user group. The candidates must meet one of the following criteria during the promotional time period – November 14, 2014 – May 31, 2015.
- Publish a blog post or article about Oracle Database technology (subject and link are required).
- Have a posting on Weibo or Wechat that has been forwarded or referenced by Oracle China Weibo or Wechat (screen shot or links are required).
- Lead an Oracle database session at a conference or event (subject and link of the slide deck are required).

- Qualifying criteria (please include required details)
【候选人可得到】
- Receive a free exam voucher
- Receive membership in the Oracle Community site once approved by Oracle
【附加说明】
- There are a limited number of vouchers available.
- Vouchers are available November 14, 2014 – May 31, 2015 or until the allotted vouchers are gone.
- Vouchers must be used by the recipient. Vouchers are not transferable.
- The content used to fulfill the Young Expert criteria should be published or presented during the promotional period (Nov 14, 2014 – May 31, 2015).
- Content about DBO (Database Option) published on OTN China is a plus.
